"The intention in my work is to depict iconic, simple, overlooked moments in life. My paintings reimagine visually charged memories. I am inspired by my surroundings, human connection, and distraction by technology.
I often use drawings from images to generate simple scenes as a starting point for dream-like paintings. I consider the work to be free, emotional, and to express a moment in time."
